Not the person to whom you are responding.

Another reality check:  if you think the people living in those apartments are contributing more than they are taking with their rent that pays property taxes, you need to think again.  Do you really believe they are living one family to an apartment?  Do you really think all of the men standing at the 7-11 are getting jobs every day?  I am familiar with the area the PP was referring to.  I doubt you've ever been there.  The people are hardworking and poor--but, there are an awful lot of young women pushing strollers and walking kids who do not appear to be working.  And, they don't speak English.  Talk to some of the teachers.  These kids are not living one family to an apartment.  And, I doubt their contribution to property taxes is coming anywhere near to supporting the schools.

This is a crisis.
