We are required to educate all kids--no matter how they get here.  I strongly support educating the kids.  But, to say it is not draining resources is deceitful.    This is not sustainable.  Schools are only part of the resources being drained.  Talk to people who work in the local pantries.  Talk to the churches that send home food packets for the kids on weekends.[/quote]
