This is the first major fraud I think has been uncovered from scrutiny of USAID.

- Operates at least 6 subsidiaries, one in the Cayman Islands.

- Over 95% of IN's budget since 2008 from the US government.

- Main billing location is an abandoned building in California

What is the fraud? USAID is specifically funded by Congress to promote free and independent media in other countries. It's part of its mission to show the rest of the world American values like freedom of the press and free speech.[/quote]

I asked this a little earlier. I think they're throwing around the word "fraud" without actually knowing what it means. [/quote]
