Have you seen footage of the scene being filmed? No. So actually you are saying she lied because he alleges a narrative different than she does. But all he has is a call sheet. That's not proof of anything. That means the set was supposed to be closed. Was it? Of course he's going to claim it was. Of course he's going to say she was "fully clothed" (just as a point of order, I would not consider myself fully clothed if I was wearing a pair of pair of underwear briefs and a hospital gown partially draped over me while sitting in stirrups). Of course he's going to claim everyone who was on set that day was supposed to be there.

You are assuming his narrative is the correct one and she is "lying" because.... his narrative came out second? He provided a call sheet that doesn't actually prove anything? Why?

It’s going to be her word against his and it seems far more likely than not he’ll have additional witness averred statements. Holy sht. You are weighing her claims as having more likely truth than his claims when he has documents backing his claims! Wow.[/quote]
