I think the more the cycle repeats, the more people will remember how exhausting those four years of stupid were.

It was four long, exhausting years damaging to the fabric of the US. I cannot understand why anyone wants this. He mismanaged everything and destroyed so much. A bill to address immigration - beyond what a simple EO can do - was written and prepared and Trump told the GOP to kill it because he was afraid it would be too much of a win for Biden.
