The kavanaugh allegations are Russian collusion 2.0 . The fakest of the fake news.
This. I find it hilariously sad that liberals constantly insist Republicans lie, when it fact, liberals are experts in the art of planting fake stories and insisting they’re true - and that anyone who questions them is “morally bankrupt”. That’s exactly the phrase I would use to describe them.
Do you have any examples, because I haven't seen any on this thread? I find it hilarious that conservatives use to care about the deficit and national security and personal integrity. Look how much they have...grown...in the last 3 years.
Any examples of what? Liberals lying? This entire thread is a prime example. You can’t stand that Kavanaugh is a SCJ, so you’ll stoop as low as needed to take him down, even if that requires peddling lies and unproven allegations/rumors. It’s disgusting.
If you want to talk liars, look no further than Brett! https://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/us_5d82da62e4b0849d47233e56 Oh, Mr Dishonorable promised to be interviewed by the authors so long as they would write that he didn’t. This man is such a skeezy slime bucket.
Wow. Just, wow. I expect better from a man sitting in the highest court in the country.
The fact that you believe the authors is hilarious. They have been less than credible in the roll out of their book.
That's not the kind of lie that gets spun into whole cloth from nothing, and you know it. Looks like your guy Brett isn't so honorable after all. Can't say it's a surprise.
Don't you find it just a tad bit interesting that this wasn't the lede in the reporters' story? Don't you find it just a bit curious that this wasn't "revealed" until they saw the disastrous roll out of a book that is getting mediocre reviews (and that is being generous)? Sorry, they have screwed up so much in the story in the NY Times and the lack of sourcing in their book. When a source speaks to someone "off the record" the source is not asking you to lie. The authors are not being honest.
Kavanaugh asked them to lie and say he declined the interview. That is not "off the record".
The writers have changed their story about exactly what happened. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/nyt-reporters-havent-kept-their-story-straight-about-brett-kavanaugh-asking-them-to-lie The BK haters will keep grasping after straw after straw after straw...
I'm using the same rule for Kavanaugh stories that I use with Trump stories...... Wait 24 hours. Because, initial stories are usually inaccurate and incorrect. The 24-hour rule works pretty well. Although, it sometimes takes 48 hours.
