Please note the date of OP’s thread title and today’s date. Where is this inevitable victory That’s weeks away for the Us-oops I mean Ukraine?
How does a real person find themselves rooting for Russia? I mean, really, if you aren’t getting paid and you aren’t a bot, what happened to you to make you think this way?
It is baffling. But it seems to be pretty common for Republicans. On the actual battlefield, the big thing now is Trump halting weapons support for Ukrainians again. It's generally ammo - anti-aircraft, Patriot missiles, 155s, ammo for HIMARS, and so on. All these weapons are already in Poland and ready to be shipped. These were all greenlit during the Biden administration. But the Trump administration just canceled them. And this is as Russia is getting on with its summer offensive in Sumy and elsewhere. Republicans choosing to do this at this moment in time is clearly meant to weaken Ukraine as things become very difficult again. It's similar to when the US turned off all support for American weapons systems during Russia's offensive to take back Kursk - which ultimately cost the US billions, probably trillions in the end, in new weapons contracts. But there is no doubt that Republicans are actively helping Russia take Ukraine. And I am mystified why Republicans are so enthusiastic in their support of Russia. But I don't spend much time on social media, so I'm probably missing why conservatives are so enthusiastic about Putin. But it's a very real thing, and I wish media would spend a little more time on it.
Putin owns Trump. We all watch as Putin slapped Trump in the face during the “peace” talks. Putin and Bibi own Trump.
