1) I have never understood why the joke is that she's Ivanka's "ugly stepsister." Because she was chubby in college? (Like a lot of young women who never thought about their weight and then suddenly found themselves with all-you-can-eat food and sedentary work?) Her face is just as pretty as Ivanka's.
2) It's nice that Donald and Marla were able to take a picture together. My BIL's parents are divorced and they had to be totally separate the whole wedding. His mother and stepfather actually sat with my immediate family because we could not put them at a table with the father and stepmother. So, I have a lot of respect for divorced couples who can do what most of us would consider the bare minimum for their children on a wedding day.[/quote]
