The irony of your question is that criminals don't concern themselves with whether or not it's legal for them to disguise themselves.  You think a potential bank robber or terrorist going to think, oh gee, it's illegal to wear a niqab, too bad, can't blow stuff up anymore, guess I'm gonna go be a dental hygienist or a loan officer?[/quote]

I mentioned police, but I really meant to say under any circumstance. In school? Grocery store? Anywhere. I feel sure that those posting here and indicating that there's no problem with the face being covered wouldn't be giving their approval of some conservative religious sect requiring (giving the choice...) the same in an isolated area of the USA.[/quote]
