Addressing the nation and other world leaders and make speeches and answer questions on camera pretty constantly? It’s true that he might live for years, but it’s not a slam dunk that he’s going to be able to perform at the same capacity. It’s pretty clear they are doing a lot to cover things up and help him out. He disappeared mysteriously for a week recently and the public caught on.
