I’m holding up worse than I thought I would. Very tired. Very frustrated with all the wildly divergent interpretations of what is a reasonable reason to as for ad hoc. I’m juggling kids and elderly parents.  Come to realization this isn’t sustainable for more than a year. Im too overwhelmed right now to make any progress on looking for a job. Will see how arbitration works out and the agency’s response and messaging if Union wins.  Assuming I will be in a full blown job hunt by the end of the year. [/quote]

I'm in the exact same spot minus dealing with elderly parents.  Using a lot of leave to make things work, considering part-time as an option.  It's hard to focus on the job search when I'm just trying to keep things going day to day.

Also the walls are so thin, I can literally hear the convo in the office behind me like the guy is sitting next to me.    [/quote]
