Why does she get to renovate her home at the expense of tax payers. I hope the grant is permanently cancelled. This is the abuse and fraud that needs to be addressed. [/quote]

This would probably be housing for the workers. 
Well into the 1970s farms with migrant workers could house the workers in literal shacks with no running water or toilets. Shift to mechanization got a big push when the govt said they had to have bathroom facilities. [/quote]
