I am currently required to be in the office the exact amount I was pre COVID (NBU capital region employee) and feel like only NBU is going to be initially subject to this due to CBAs. I’d be a topped out 14 at this point which is now almost a negligible difference from a topped out 15, and I’d still be BU. [/quote]
