And I’ve been able to do ad hoc or recurring telework all but my very first year in service. I am currently required to be in the office the exact amount I was pre COVID (NBU capital region employee) and feel like only NBU is going to be initially subject to this due to CBAs. So only a small fraction of the current work force at my agency will end up coming in full time and it sucks to be the scapegoat.[/quote]
