Looking for GA head coaches? Who is leaving? Who got let go? Not happy with all the new hires? What's going on?
This is good business practice. Ask and club director, it is exceedingly difficult to retain quality coaches. Club essentially should advertise now in order to hire coaches for the next season as they usually publish their coaching slates for the 25-26 season about the early April time frame when kids tryout for teams.
Normally yes. But they only just hired a bunch of brand new coaches this year with lots of fanfare about how great they were. And the same thing happened last year and all those coaches were gone before the season started. The revolving door is concerning.
The majority of coaches are on year to year contracts. Why wouldn't TSJ try to recruit coaches from other clubs if they can offer more money and benefits?
That makes sense if Adam / TSJ didn't just send an email on Jan 2 giving kudos to the 16 new staff members... Note from the Technical Director: Cheers to a New Year!
