This is good business practice.  Ask and club director, it is exceedingly difficult to retain quality coaches.  Club essentially should advertise now in order to hire coaches for the next season as they usually publish their coaching slates for the 25-26 season about the early April time frame when kids tryout for teams.[/quote]
Normally yes. But they only just hired a bunch of brand new coaches this year with lots of fanfare about how great they were. And the same thing happened last year and all those coaches were gone before the season started. The revolving door is concerning. [/quote]

That makes sense if Adam / TSJ didn't just send an email on Jan 2 giving kudos to the 16 new staff members...

TSJFC Families & Players,

I would like to start by expressing my hope that everyone had a great and memorable holiday season and are excited to kick off the new year! 2024 brought many new and positive changes to the club and we are excited to build on the work we've started. Those changes included:

Club re-branding to The St. James Football Club
New organizational structure & addition of 16 new staff members including:
Nenad Babic- Asst. Technical Director (joining by way of Orlando City & Chicago Fire of the MLS)
Kristin Thompson- Girls Academy Director (former Senior Women's National team Head Coach- Guam FA)
Brent Heupel- Asst. Girls Academy Director (joining by way of Virginia Union ECNL)
Chris Lawson- Director of Goalkeeping (joining by way of Ouachita Baptist University. Former Men's & Women's Head Coach)
Patrick Finney- Girls Director of Coaching (joining by way of Vienna Youth Soccer/ Fairfax Brave)
Chris Pruden- Boys Director of Player Development (joining by way of Loudoun Soccer)
Dan Caracciolo- Girls Director of Player Development (joining by way of BRYC)
