As long as there is not a significant enough Democratic majority to clean house and make some rules that create clarity instead of relying on the GOP justices’ nonexistent ethics, yes. Alito and Thomas and the rest of those slippery ducks get to exist outside the law, essentially making laws in the name of their Christian nationalist beliefs. [/quote]

They tried. Sotomayor sells her books on her speaking tours and they tired to make something out of it. It didn’t get much traction because…. She wrote a book and people bought it. Shrug. [/quote]
