[/quote] Relevant facts: Depape broke in with a hammer and said he would not leave. Pelosi called 911 and kept Depape calm for half an hour. When the police entered they saw Depape hit Pelosi in the head with the hammer. No doubts about the break-in or the assault. Case closed. [/quote]
