He's not wearing his journalist hat in this scenario.  According to that Politico article he, along with Kash Patel, were named official custodians in June.  The fact that he doesn't mention this MASSIVE conflict of interest in his reporting tells us everything we need to know.  He's not a reporter, he's a party complete with his own liability.[/quote]
