No one wishes cancer on someone and I hope she’s well, too, but a competent staff would have a story. Betty Ford dealt with cancer in the WH. Melania would have had the well wishes from all as well as the expectation that she should take it easy and not do engagements. [/quote]

Face it, bud. They fell flat on their faces. They did lie, if in fact she’s ill. They said she’s back, hard at work. If she was sick, the appropriate and publicly accepted lie would have been, “she’s had some complications and will need time to recuperate.” Done. They didn’t. They lied.[/quote]

Face it, pal.... You don’t really care about the health or welfare of FLOTUS.  It’s merely another opportunity to gossip and speculate about the family of Trump.
