You don’t want Chantilly expanded yet you want hundreds of seats of Herndon left vacant.

Why was no consideration given to expanding Chantilly or, failing that, moving part of Chantilly to Westfield and part of Westfield to Herndon?

Clearly they think they can find enough money to buy KAA so why were alternatives not at least put on the table? [/quote]
