Because, it would seem, the people charged with investigating these crimes are also the very same people who 1) need to be investigated or 2) so closely linked/reliant on those in no.1 that their own self interest is at risk and/or 3) are terrified of the ramifications of their investigation because those people vested with the power to protect them are the same people identified in 1 and 2.

This conspiracy has spanned 4 presidencies! Im not both siding this. Katherine Rample (spelling) was in Obama WH.
Bill Clinton was friendly with him.

These people are dreaming of  building “amazing new alliances” and  “finding things on their way to collapse.” The sex abuse was a sidebar. [/quote]
