Actually, I think Jon and Sansa make the perfect duo.  Her brainpower needs his fearlessness and vice versa.[/quote]

He's not wimpy. He's inexperienced, like Sansa was when the series started.  He still thinks honor and goodness count for something in Westeros.  He hasn't had her education. (Yet.)[/quote]

To me, it echos the relationship between Ned and Catelyn, with his trusting honor and her tendency toward violent decisions. It's not a match, but looking at Jon and Sansa, I do see the balancing similar to N&C. A team.
