The dog face biting scene was too much, I had to look away. Does anyone else feel like Sansa is a few notches smarter than Jon? I feel like he made errors before and during the battle and just kept getting himself in far worse positions... Meanwhile Sansa is calm and thinking things out. And who else thinks Little Finger wants to marry her? "You know what I want"...
Actually, I think Jon and Sansa make the perfect duo. Her brainpower needs his fearlessness and vice versa.
He felt very unsure of himself and almost wimpy and careless to me in the last episode.
He rode and then walked into what looked like certain death and then fought his ass off. I can't see that as wimpy.
He's not wimpy. He's inexperienced, like Sansa was when the series started. He still thinks honor and goodness count for something in Westeros. He hasn't had her education. (Yet.)
To me, it echos the relationship between Ned and Catelyn, with his trusting honor and her tendency toward violent decisions. It's not a match, but looking at Jon and Sansa, I do see the balancing similar to N&C. A team.
