[/quote] County DTA lists a 1 car attached garage which did not exist. Google street view 2012 shows the garage which is gone by 2019. Heat and AC for the conversion? New electrical sockets? Permits for that conversion? [/quote] Based on the same tax records, the current owner was the home owner during the 2012-2019 period. My guess they converted the garage without permits.[/quote]
