If Wootton shares boudary with over crowded schools then it makes perfect sense to include them in boudary study. Churchill is over crowded so some some portion of churchill will have to move to wootton and then some portion of Wootton will move to Crown. Woodward is already getting filled by other schools and there was no space for taking more kids from Churchill. [/quote]
