Maybe.  If even that were forbidden, it would create real problems.

If people cannot earn credit hours at home and cannot ad hoc telework, work will slow to a crawl. People have to leave in evening to pick up kids etc. In my busy times when we are finishing up certain things [b]I’m working 12 hour days and on weekends for a few weeks.[/b] I probably have three stretches of those each year. No ad hoc and I won’t work a minute over my 8 hours. [/quote]
