What else, besides the owner was the issue?  Communications, organizaitons, the other players?  I have seen several clubs where the players yell at each other on the field and this seems like a horrible environment.  I would just like to understand what made it so bad that people finally reached their breaking point after sticking with the club for so long (same with Husle)  Seems like damage was already done, as far as dealing with potential craziness and emotional abuse, by the time these families started to leave.  So why leave?
