How does Trump lack interest in democracy? He promotes the the peoples voice and the chaos of it all.  His press conferences with the WH Press Corps and relationship with the press in general is one for the books. He didn’t ban reporters for 2 years from the White House like Biden did. He didn’t get a radio host fired for admitting questions were pre selected and rehearsed .   His rallies in the heat  of summer go on for hours and hours talking with random Americans across the country back in 2016 and now. He’s like a gladiator of democracy. The people’s champ, the people’s choice. I don’t mean this sarcastically either.

Hillary and Biden hid in their basements  the entire time while the establishment coronated them not the people. What’s so democratic about the DNC?

CNN Bans White House Pool Reporters From Debate Room

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The White House Correspondents' Association said on Thursday CNN has rejected multiple requests to include White House pool reporters inside the studio during the first presidential debate between incumbent Joe Biden and Republican rival Donald Trump.

The press pool, made up of representatives of major news organizations including Reuters, accompanies the president on foreign and domestic trips and normally has access to any event where he speaks or appears in public, with the goal of keeping the U.S. public informed.

It is extremely rare for them to be barred from an event in the United States.

"WHCA is deeply concerned that CNN has rejected our repeated requests to include the White House travel pool inside the studio," Kelly O'Donnell, president of the White House Correspondents' Association, said in a statement.
