DD is a highly ranked played that doesn't play on we tro or paramount by choice. MVSA isn't even memtioned so recruiting coordinator or not MVSA doesn't warrent mention as having "top talent" that defects.

MVSA does have great talent in the younger age groups. They just tend leave for Metro or Paramount when they get to U14 or U15, which is why it makes sense that MVSA is trying new strategies to try to retain their talent.
