All pet owners need yearly mental health evaluations and animal welfare officers need to inspect their homes so pets will be protected from neglect and animal abuse.

The voters exercise political and electoral power according to SCOTUS.  IF we want mental health evaluation of pet owners, we can get through electoral and political power.  If we want different gun laws, we can get it by exercising electoral and political power.  We had an assault weapons ban and we can have it again among other things.[/quote]
