If the goal is to get unexposed kids back out of quarantine and into school as fast as possible, then you don't achieve that goal by saying, "It's the parents' responsibility!!!!" You achieve it by making it as easy as possible for anyone who needs a test to get tested. And the best way to do that, for MCPS students, is for MCPS to provide the tests.[/quote]
