Most of the privates are very average with exception of the top 10 that are able to attract and recruit the top talent.[/quote] Proves my point- according to you the best public is still behind at least 7 privates- maybe equal to 1 or 2- and VA privates aren’t that damn good to start with- especially when compared to regional teams.
