That was my post but I’ll add the my Italian immigrant uncles signed up, to the man, all six of them, to fight in WW2, including in the Battle of the Bulge and one spent a year in a German POW camp. Then came back and did back breaking work on the booming post war economy.   So I don’t want to hear it from PP about who built this country.  And I’m sure almost everyone in this board has a similar story (if they know their family history) of immigrants who build this country.  [/quote]

This is just so perplexing.  I’m assuming you’re defining immigrant as “someone who arrived before 1776” based on your previous comments.  It is extraordinarily unusual for someone in this day of age to have only DAR ancestors after 250 years of marriage and children.  It would be some pretty serious inbreeding to  have yhat.  I’m pretty confident you’re lying.[/quote]
