Social media and computer use in general is a problem. It certainly doesn't help that so much schoolwork and homework is online! (I understand DCPS is behind a lot of that, not necessarily with the support of teachers. You also have to give some Hardy parents a lot of credit for promoting the "Wait until 8" campaign, which recommends waiting at least until 8th grade for smart phones and 9th grade for social media. If only all parents were just alike....[/quote]
