I believe the family is going to get to see it soon or recently saw it. At the press conference I'm pretty sure DA Jenkins said the footage wouldn't be released publicly until the trial. It's one thing to release it when it's allowed, but it's quite another to hide it as part of a cover up. This doesn't sound like a cover up, considering the police, the victim, and the attempted murderer all agree to the basics. Of course, some people are going to lie regardless of what facts are provided, so it really doesn't matter what evidence you're provided with. [/quote]
