And even if all oil exploration was greenlighted it would take more than a year for new oil to even show up in the market.
Biden could bring in the oil producers and actually, you know, ask them how to ramp up production quickly. Kind of a "Warp speed" for gas and oil production. But, he won't. He would anger the progressives. Can't have that.
Yeah, all Biden would have to do was snap his fingers for the magic to happen. I wonder why no one thought of that.
Biden is otr stating he can’t do “much.” What is he doing? And that’s a total absence of leadership and actual care he is exhibiting.
He’s doing plenty, it’s not like you’d ever give him credit for anything so who cares what you think?
I would like to know what Biden is doing? You say “plenty,” and then disappear. I don’t think he’s doing anything.
DP Biden does not control oil prices. This keeps being explained to you guys.
This you, pp?
Some random twitter post is inconsistent and that means what exactly? Are people really this dumb?
Many people were more than happy to blame Trump for any increase in gas prices, but now that prices are skyrocketing under Biden, they are now screaming that presidents don't have any control over prices. Hell, even the WH was giving the president credit when the price of gas dipped a couple of months ago. So, what is Biden doing now?
I understand that Biden's press team put out that tweet, but the reality is that no president has control over gas prices. Gas prices are set globally. Even if we produced more, which we are already fairly energy dependent, the price of our gas does not change. Plus, it's an issue of supply and demand. During the pandemic, refineries reduced production. Now, they have to increase production and that takes time.
