The memorandum of agreement that led to school reopening in the Fall had a section stating masks would be required. The MOA appeared to be for the entire school year.  When I last read it, didn’t appear it’s provisions were tied to the public health emergency or anything. [/quote]

Sec 1.1 says the health and safety rules can be amended and shall align with CDC...
