Yes, and Maxwell is a perfect example. Maria Farmer, the first to contact the FBI, has said repeatedly that Maxwell also raped girls. She’s gotten the kind of pass we give accessories, observers. She is a rapist and a Jewish supremacist. She also always initially acted as if she were the out for these trafficking victims, initially quite soft and “motherly.” To build trust and then rug-pull.

The supremacy element is dark but part of me wants to just laugh. These are criminals. Epstein didn’t complete a degree. He could not execute the trades to make that fortune despite having good math ability. Maxwell puppy dogged after her rapist boyfriend for decades, wearing faux military blazers over her terrible fake rack, and literally never using her fancy degree. Her dad was killed in a hit because he was a mess - Ghislaine has been less a productive person on several levels than Victoria Gotti or any of the mob wives on reality shows.

The MIT media lab is a joke. It produces almost nothing. Larry Summers will never be remembered as a great economist or Dean, just some sad sack with a busted wife and a total inability to shoot his shot without a literal criminal’s assist. At some point, the suicide of the first Mrs. Dershowitz will be talked about more and more. The sober statesman cred given to George Mitchell will get snatched back. And so on.
