[/quote] Well for one, rallying entails not insinuating or outright saying that the victim deserved it, or had it coming. Second, rallying entails a lot more empathy and concern for his health condition, possibly even a collection for medical bills or a gathering in support. You don’t need his name to start any of that. Apparently many people need to know next to nothing about him to smear his name.[/quote]
