You literally have no idea what you are talking about. Clean energy has brought back manufacturing to communities where it was decimated. His domestic content rule created tax credits and incentives to manufacture in the the US. It created the incentive to manufacture in the US and not overseas. Clean energy need 500,000 employees in the next 6 years. That is not "decimated."
