Yep. I keep saying it over and over... Biden F*Up the border issue. He should've addressed it early on rather than wait for election season.

Dems fail to listen to the majority, and only listen to the fringe progressives. While it's admirable to reach out to and care for the fringe minority, it doesn't win elections.  They'd better change their game plan if they want to win the House.

see.. this is why Dems lost.   You don't get the narrative.  Keep sticking your head in the sand. See how 2026 goes for Dems.  People like you who keep ignoring how real people react and care about are why we have Trump.

You can say those people are dumb and ignorant, but that won't win elections. You have to meet them where they are, and Dems need to change their strategy. They are terrible at messaging.

Look at what's going on now with DOGE and Musk gutting government.  What are the Dem leaders doing about it?  They should be going on townhalls (a la Bernie Sanders), and hitting the media, especially social media.    But the leadership is doing what about it?

Have they not learned that people are easily swayed by the media? You have to hit hard, but they are softies.

I watched a few of Harris speech during the campaign, and she mostly talked up her "I'm a lawyer who goes after bad guys". Guess what? The vast majority of people don't care that much about Trump's alleged bad behavior. They care about the economy and illegal immigration.   But, she didn't focus on those things as much. She focused on Trump's behavior.  Bad strategy.

I'm not a political strategist. Don't they have people who get paid to think of something?

For example, how about barraging conservative social media with "Trump and Musk are going to gut Social Security".  Posts may get taken down, but not before people see it.

How about Schumer explain why he went along with Rs on the spending bill?     Dems are splintered themselves with some calling for Schumer to step down.  Dems are angry at their leadership for not doing much to stop Trump.  They don't seem to have good ground game anymore.
