His nurse mother WAS an addict - first to prescription meds she obtained at work, then (once fired), she progressed to heroin.  She had men in and out of her life constantly.  Vance and his sister finally went to live with their grandparents because their mother had been arrested and was subsequently in and out of rehab.  What about this do you not understand?  Yes, she's clean now - which is something to be celebrated, not mocked.  You are truly grotesque.[/quote]
