This is fiction.  There is literally no credible evidence of the above.  The supposed "Parkinsons doctor" has been the neurology specialist for the White House Medical Unit going back to the Bush administration and made dozens and dozens of visits to the White House before Biden even got elected.  By the faulty logic displayed here of "OHH A PARKINSONS DOCTOR VISITED" that means Trump has Parkinsons and so do Obama and Bush.   See a problem there?   And no, there's no "known in Biden's inner circle" - there's no credible evidence of it.   Biden had a full physical in February including being examined by the Parkinsons doctor who concluded Biden DOES NOT HAVE Parkinsons and that is documented in a report and a statement. [/quote]

I have never seen a credible source document that the parkinsons doc has visited the WH before. Do you have a source to link to?

This doctor specializes in parkinson’s patients and says he see patients everyday just like Joe Biden. NBC rolls tape of Biden doing everything this doctor says parkinson’s patients do as they progress. If you watched it you might change your mind. You aren’t even a little suspicious that a parkinsons doc has been visiting the WH and a parkinson’s doc says without doubt Joe has it? You think the doctor being interviewed is lying?[/quote]

It's a matter of public record that Dr. Cannard was the White House Medical Unit's neurology specialist since the Bush Administration and the official White House visitor logs show that Cannard visited the Obama White House numerous times.

Also, it's highly unprofessional and a breach of ethics for a physician to give a diagnosis for a patient that he has never examined.

The movement issues are fully attributable to arthritis and neuropathy in his feet.  Also, the doctor on the NBC clip cited Biden's "low voice" and "hypophonia" but that only happened during the debate and it was obvious congestion.  He didn't exhibit that during his NATO speech.  Meanwhile, Dr. Cannard examined Biden and determined he does not have Parkinsons and that's reflected in the detailed report from his February physical.
