The playbook? Not a single person involved in that long reputation is still there. Every single coach, director, management left. Not even the players are there to carry on a culture. Doesn't mean the new regime won't eventually have some success. But to say there is a playbook or track record is not true. [/quote]

Every organization experiences turnover and many survive. Organizational practices and processes are institutionalized through records and training. So yes they should very much have the playbook even if people left. And if they don’t 
that would be a sign the club  was in disarray for a very, very long time with the old guard. [/quote]
