Perhaps that speaks volumes about you. Pelosi was awoken in bed by the suspect who entered the residence by shattering a rear patio door. After some back and forth about “Nancy,” Pelosi was able to enter his bathroom, grab a telephone to dial 9-1-1 and speak with the dispatcher while the suspect listened and interjected. The FBI affidavit in support of the warrant is online and self-explanatory. Police responded within 8 minutes of the call and were confronted with Pelosi and the suspect each holding a hammer with one hand and the suspect restraining the arm of Pelosi with his second hand. Why have we become a nation in need of being spoonfed in Tweet sized bites?

I did. At the top it said when the door was opened they saw Pelosi and the perp each with their hand on a hammer. Later in the statement, they say that Pelosi ran to open the door, opened it and then he went to grab the hammer? Which is correct? The police account, DePape's account, Pelosi's account? Confusing situation for sure. I'm sure the police have access to their own body cams and any surveillance video that's probably most accurate.[/quote]
