[/quote] In todays school culture the pendulum has swung to keep trouble making students in the classroom because the troubled students have rights and the parents of the troubled students have rights. Why aren't the daily chair throwers expelled from classrooms? The parents of the chair throwers have rights and deny that their child is disruptive to the class.[/quote]
