It is primarily the college prep and recruitment piece.  It is missing at bsc.  Clyde has great connections at McLean, as does Harry at MD United..  Bsc doesn't have anyone on the girls side with strong connections to college coaches.  This is why the older teams will lose some players and continue to struggle.  Once committed, the stronger D1 coaches also want to see their commits in a strong training environment which bsc does not have at the oldest teams. I think this is spot on. There has not been a Top 150 player, U15 and above, who transferred in to BSC in the last five years from other area clubs. It is the exact opposite, and these players won't even list BSC in their college bios. This is not about hate folks, but just can't spin those facts. Now how do you fix this moving forward, as the younger talent now may just do the same thing in a couple years?[/quote]

Let me get this straight: BSC has 4 current U15 and U16 girls named to the most recent YNT camps, yet people should be concerned that BSC has not recruited better?  Because that is more important than developing players?  Fine, let’s say you’re right. Are you conveniently forgetting the current U15 and U16 girls who came over from top Rush teams at those ages, or does that not count.

Check out Julia Dorsey’s college bio. She only has started every game at UNC since early her freshman year. I know you’ll counter with the Morris sisters, and then someone will point out Lacey McCormack bio at UVA. Your intentionally misleading posts are tiresome. [/quote]
