If a stranger told you that he was going to do what he wants to do, and you were not going to like it ——-in a secluded part of the park during a pandemic (so it’s even more secluded) would you feel threatened or not? regardless of the mans race. If you were single woman how would you feel? Also would you like a stranger or you just had an altercation with the offer your dog a treat or any stranger for that matter?
I would consider it a threat because it is a threat. But even so I would hesitate to turn my back on the creep. After I got a safe distance I would call the police, whether the guy was black white or purple.
But calling the police would be racist.
You can't give an unwanted treat to a dog on a leash. If hed walked up to her, with the dog on the leash, and forced his dog treat on them, you'd have a point. Major creep, if that were what happened. But it's not, so try to deal with reality. Single women, if they're so precious and frail, should not go around getting into altercations. They should not willfully break the law and argue with people who ask them to stop. Don't start none, won't be none, as they say.
