Maybe they have fewer options because they’ve been forced into poverty and have had a foot at their neck, holding them down for generations?

I agree. The problem is you'll be called a racist if you point out that the high out-of-wedlock among blacks is strongly correlated to the high poverty rate. All it takes to get out of poverty is 1) finish high school, and 2) don't have babies until you are married.[/quote]
