Wait, wasn’t victory defined by Ukraine as expelling Russia from every inch of territory? But Russia has conquered and held roughly 20% of Ukraine. How do you square that circle?

Strengthened relations with China and India? You grossly overstate that.  All Russia is to them is a discount gas station.  And Russia is losing ground everywhere else.  CSTO is losing members like CSTO, Russia has had many countries in its former USSR orbit fall out of its sphere of influence and has lost many historic allies in the last 10 years.[/quote]
