Speculative what ifs totally lacking substance...  How many space aliens from Zeta Reticuli have been voting among us, undetected, pretending to be humans?  It's no less of a speculative question.  Yet should we legislate based on speculative what ifs and astronomically small numbers?  Corruption of our elections through deep pocketed donors and murky money trails is a MUCH bigger and well documented issue yet we haven't managed to vote on that.  Get your damn priorities together if you actually care about democracy and election integrity.[/quote]
